Dick Strawbridge also set up a biodiesel processing plant to convert waste vegetable oil (WVO) into fuel for his Land Rover. The Second Series
Over the course of eight programmes to be shown on Thursdays at 8.30pm on BBC2 the Dick Strawbridge, his son James, and friend Jim will be shown travelling around the country helping other people to go green and go organic. In programme one Dick travels to the Wirral in Merseyside to help the Keenan family plan their £750,000 eco home to be heated by a ground source heat pump with a rainwater harvesting system and a wind turbine generator. Dick, James, and Jim also help a family to grow fruit and vegetables for their child who has multiple allergies.
